This was a beautiful home occupied by a really sweet, very busy, family of 4 + pets! They were serious about selling though, as they were moving closer to family in the mid-west. So they followed our recommendations and kicked butt with their prep work, allowing us to showcase the true spaces of their home. Their hard work paid off, and not only did their home sell in a matter of weeks, but it also gave them a gigantic head start on their move, and made contract to closing a lot less stressful for them!
