This bright cottage home in the heart of Southport was so much fun to stage. The renovation was very nicely done and made for a great pallet to bring in a fun staging with. Some of it’s challenges before staging were mostly spacing and rooms feeling small - but with the perfect pieces and placement, buyers easily saw the flow and could picture themselves living here - it didn’t last long!
